Shipping rates
Shipping is free worldwide. You will not be charged a separate standard shipping fee at checkout for Free Worldwide Shipping.
Free Worldwide Shipping also includes any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges if they occur. These fees will be covered by us as part of the service.
Tracking your order
After your order ships, tracking information will update within 1–3 days. Tracking updates may take a little time to appear after the package has been handed off for shipment.
If your tracking link has not updated yet, please check again within the tracking update window. If it still has not changed after that, contact us and include your order number so we can help review it.
Wrong or incomplete address
