- The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging should be included when applicable.

Non-returnable items

How to start a return
To start a return, contact Dope customer service before sending your item back. We will review your request and provide the correct return instructions and return details.

Return shipping cost
Dope offers 30 Days Free Returns for eligible items. Once your return request is approved, customer service will provide the correct return instructions and return details for your free return.
Return shipping may not be free or accepted if the item does not meet the return eligibility requirements, is outside the 30-day return window, or is sent back without contacting customer service first.
Refund process
After your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–15 days if the return is approved.
